What to Expect

Before the session:


Our counsellors acknowledge that taking the step to seek counselling can be significant. Our goal is to ensure your journey is as comfortable as possible. 


Upon reaching out by phone for a free 15-minute consultation, you can anticipate a warm and supportive experience. After booking, you will receive a link to an information form to input your contact details and a counselling agreement.  


Your comfort is our priority, and we are committed to supporting you every step of the way.


During the session:


At the core of our sessions are your needs and preferences. Every session is driven by you, ensuring a client-led approach where our focus is on what you choose to share. We will create a secure, confidential space for you to openly discuss any topic of significance to you. 


It's completely acceptable if you're uncertain about the discussion; we are here to assist.


In our first session, we will assess your current situation, working together to identify areas you wish to explore further.


Together, we will work out the direction you wish to take toward your improved well-being and personal growth.
